OAAP Committee Chairman for Information
and Education, Lloyd Tronco, recently joined media gurus Jay Bautista of
Strategic Consumer and Media Incites Inc. (SCMI), a media and consumer
research agency, and Gabs Buluran, of Kantar Media, in providing
advertisers, ad agencies, and media vendors alike with the outlook for
media in 2016. Tronco, who also heads the Philippine Center for
Out-Of-Home Media Research and Science, discussed trends and innovations
pertaining to OOH media.
Most interesting to be seen is the
integration of OOH Media and Digital by those agencies and advertisers
who dare to innovate and move away from traditional display oriented OOH
media.
The Media Outlook series is an annual forum which gathers
marketing and media professionals and is aimed at forecasting media
consumption trends in the coming year.
Media Outlook is presented
annually by Fiera de Manila, Inc. The latest Media Outlook (2016) was
held on December 15, 2015, at Fairmont Hotel, Makati City.
