Flashback to 2006. Photo shows billboards headed to Roxas Boulevard. At this time, Mall of Asia was just a very new mall. This area, the stretch between Taft and Roxas Blvd. wasn't really an important place for EDSA billboards. Obviously, the presence of SM MoA changed everything.
