The Next Hot Spot

Media planners always get an earful from clients asking for a billboard site along EDSA between the stretch of Buendia and Ortigas. For the past few years it has seemed like Buendia to Ortigas would be the most valuable stretch of highway on the OOH landscape.

Will it ever change? The answer is a resounding "yes!". And honestly, it's gonna happen very soon. Henry Sy's SM Mall of Asia is coming up very soon and as it is, I predict a mad rush for billboard sites on the EDSA stretch beginning from Magallanes all the way to Roxas Boulevard.

There are very limited availabilities on this area and frankly, Globe Telecom and Caronia have already hoisted their material in the area - long before anyone else actually did.

So what's the reco now to the OOH Media Planners who haven't seen the traffic building up toward that area?...book early!
